Excellent concierge service

Unbeatable location short walk to the fountain, the Pantheon and fontana di Trevi, piazza di Spagna. Also, to most Rome sites. Immensely pleasant staff, wonderfully appointed and new-fashioned room with a terrace for our dog.

Liked very well decorated and a nice size rooms.

The place was newly remodelled and well-maintained, with its outstandingly helpful staff from chambermaids. The hotel was in a super central setting to everything other than maybe the Vatican.

Location perfectly situates guests between the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, awesome for easy exploration. The charming terrace rooms provide a beautiful view of the nearby streets.

The breakfast selection lacks variety, with limited options like just ham for cold cuts and often sparse bread choices. Air conditioning can emit a strange odor. Wi-Fi connectivity feels lacking, requiring frequent log-ins even for paid options.

Truly enjoyed our double superior and soundproof rooms in this place.

The restaurant was excellent for lunch or dinner, we ordered fresh dishes. An adjoining terrace and a little table were provided for a really really nice stay for 3 nights.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the trevi fountain, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices, made our mornings good.

The location was perfect for us. We easily walked to major sights, and the room was surprisingly quiet. Plus, the staff were great, helping us find local eateries and giving my daughter some coloring supplies.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get it's still justifiable.

Hotel Staff - We liked the most !!! They were always nice and welcoming. Also, having car in an underground parking area was great. Hotel's location was great and suits purpose of our trip. We come to do typical touristy bit and it worked out Fantastically! Thank you all for making our stay with you a true pleasure and we will look forward to come and visit you again.

poor quality wireless internet services, and no wireless signal in rooms is unacceptable to inernational business travellers today, and in Australia, Canada, and USA, free wireless is standard.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, the 24-hour reception, and the cozy bar area. The staff helped me find my lost ring during my first stay, which I'll always remember. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for a weekend soon.

It is in the perfect location, it is very comfortable and is a good value for the cost. The room was smaller than US standards, but it was more than adequate for our 3 night stay. Very good experience as our first introduction to Europe.

The hotel's decoration exudes a warm blend of classical elegance and modern comfort. The spacious lobby and lounge areas made it a good and serene spot for relaxation, perfect for seniors to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

More assistance with luggage for seniors would be helpful.
